When you registered online
1st REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATE – June 1st, 2026 (or until tickets sell out whichever comes first) THIS INCLUDES DISCOUNTED TICKETS AND GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS
You have until June 1st, 2026 @ 11:59pm to receive with your ticket purchase to attend the 23rd Annual 2027 PROC, USA the following items:

1. Admittance to the Meet & Greet (Friday night)
2. Admittance to THE PROC, USA conferences (begins Friday)
3. Lunch Saturday afternoon
4. Admittance to the After-Party (Saturday night)
5. Breakfast Sunday morning
6. PROC, Goodie Bag
7. PROC, Shirt or Patch
TICKET COST: $100.00 (plus processing fee)
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON - TRANSFERABLE!!!
2nd REGISTRATION CUT-OFF DATE – August 30, 2026
(or until tickets sell out whichever comes first) LATE REGISTRATION TICKETS
From October 5th to November 30th, 2026 you will ONLY receive with your ticket purchase the following:
1. Admittance to the Meet & Greet (Friday night)
2. Admittance to THE PROC, USA conferences (begins Friday)
3. Admittance to the After-Party (Saturday night)
TICKET COST: $105.00 (plus $ PayPal processing fee)
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and NON - TRANSFERABLE!!!
HOST HOTEL INFORMATION
The "PROC" Host Hotel will start taking Reservations on January 11th, 2026
for the 23rd Annual 2027 PROC "MC Professional Convention
January 14th - 17th, 2027
The Host Hotel is now taking reservations This hotel will sell out. So IJS, if you want to be in the host hotel, I suggest you book your room as soon as they become available.

ROOM RATES
Regular rooms Kings and doubles $159 per night
PARKING IS INCLUDED IN RATE
A one night deposit is due at time of booking.
If for whatever reason your payment method gets declined the hotel will immediately cancel the reservation and send an email notification.
So If you do not see the charge within 72 hours please double check on your reservation.
Deposits are nonrefundable if room is not cancelled 30days b4 check in date
