Grab your running shoes and come hit one of Carrollton’s best assets, the hike and bike trails! This family-friendly 5K is a great run for all ages. This year the race will benefit Carrollton Animal Services & Adoption Center. The race follows a scenic route on the city's Blue Trail. At the end of the race enjoy the post-race celebration with games, music, and an awards ceremony. Dogs are welcome but are not required to register for the event. Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race for all participants.
Important Addresses:
This race takes place along the Blue Trail and does not start and end in the same location and there is limited parking along street. Therefore, we ask participants to park at Creekview High School and we bus participants to their respective starting line. Once the race is over we have buses waiting to bring participants back to Creekview.

If you cannot pick your packet up the day prior to the race, we will have your packet on race day at the registration area.
Notes:
The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk is not a timed event, and no awards will be given. 5K runners who register by 6/2 are guaranteed a race T-shirt, race bag, and timing chip. Any changes made to a registration after 6/2 will incur a $5 change fee.
Awards:
Awards will be given for overall male and female runners and the top three finishers in each age category of the 5K competitive run (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30- 39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over).
