Atlanta-born alt-pop artist ellakate blends cinematic storytelling with moody, magnetic vocals to create a sound that's as raw as it is romantic. Her music blends atmospheric production with honest, intimate lyrics that capture the ache, tension, and beauty of navigating life. Think Lana Del Rey meets Billie Eilish with a lyrical twist.
Writing songs since childhood, ellakate turns personal confessions and imagined dramas into addictive tracks. Her breakout single “Dry” earned indie accolades, and she has garnered multiple songwriting awards since she entered the music scene. With brooding hooks, cheeky charm, and a voice that lingers long after the last note, ellakate is a thoughtful new voice in alt-pop.
