- Guests must be able to walk five flights of stairs and not have any fear of heights.
- In the case of rain or other severe weather conditions, the event will be canceled, and tickets will be refunded. Events will not be rescheduled.
- Each person must have a ticket for entry. Tickets are not transferable and not applicable for resale.
- Guests will receive complimentary parking vouchers upon check-in at Concierge.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted, but takeout from our onsite restaurants is encouraged.
