Florida-based reggae/rock band Kash’d Out has been hustling since day one. Founded by Greg Shields (lead vocals) and Jackson Hauserman (guitar) after meeting in a studio session, the band’s sound quickly expanded with the addition of Joey Brohawn on bass and Marshall Hearne on drums. Their clever lyrics, tasteful guitar riffs, and unique rhythm section caught the attention of Hawaiian favorites Pepper, who signed them to LAW Records and released their debut full-length album, The Hookup.
Before the album's release, Kash’d Out hit the road with Pepper and Less Than Jake—momentum that helped The Hookup climb the Billboard Reggae Charts. Since then, they’ve been a constant presence on the touring circuit, supporting genre heavyweights like Collie Buddz, The Expendables, and Iration, while also headlining multiple U.S. tours of their own.
Their drive and passion have earned them spots at some of reggae’s most prestigious festivals, including Reggae Rise Up (Florida, Utah, Maryland), California Roots, Dry Diggings, and One Love.
Kash’d Out’s latest album, Butter, showcases their diversity and unwavering commitment to crafting their own musical path. While staying true to their original sound, the band continues to evolve, revealing new sides of their artistry.
