The NFC returns to Athens, GA for the second consecutive year presented by UFC Hall of Famer and former UGA student Forrest Griffin on Saturday, February 21 at the brand new Athena Studios! 

NFC #184 and Classic City Showdown have combined forces this year to bring you an unforgettable night of adrenaline-pumping MMA, Muay Thai and boxing matchups on Saturday, February 21, featuring 15+ bouts with Georgia's top fighters. 

Whether you're a long-time fan or a first-time attendee, this event is the perfect night out with the opportunity to watch local fights and meet UFC Hall of Famer and former Athens resident Forrest Griffin.

This year we have combined forces with University of Georgia fraternity Delta Sigma Phi, the creator and promoter of Classic City Showdown. The Classic City Showdown promotes matchups featuring fraternity and sororities in Athens, GA!

Doors open at 5 pm / Fights begin at 6 pm

The fights will be held at the brand new Athena Studios located at 900 Athena Drive, Athens 30601.

** General Admission Standing Tickets: $50
** Reserved Cageside Seats Row 2-10: $75
** Reserved Cageside Seats Row 1: $100
** Reserved Table For 4: $300 ($75 per person)
** Reserved Row 1 Premier VIP Table For 4: $800
** There are also 4 Reserved VIP Couch Sections that fit 12 people each for $1,000. These are elevated sections on couches with a dedicated waitress where you must purchase a bottle at the section.
** Every Row 1 Premium Reserved Cageside Table includes your choice of an NFC Miniature Championship Belt and a set of NFC gloves as a collector's item or two sets of NFC gloves, a $100 voucher for drinks at the fights and the opportunity to go into the NFC cage in between fights to take photos with your group! UFC Hall of Famer Forrest Griffin will also come to your VIP table for a group photo as well!

Ticket prices will increase the week of the fight and / or at the door.

Please note that when you purchase tickets for an NFC fight night…you are purchasing tickets to the NFC fight night, not ONLY to see a fighter. There are no refunds on ticket sales as long as the NFC fight night still takes place. NFC does everything it can to have all the fighters fight on the fight card. But many times fights fall through due to injuries, sickness, a fighter not getting his / her blood test or eye exam turned into the Georgia Athletic Commission, not making weight, etc.

Please note that this is similar to an example of buying tickets to an Atlanta Hawks game when the LA Lakers come in town and you’re wanting to go see your favorite player Lebron James. Should Lebron get injured, your ticket is still valid for the Hawks game and there are no refunds.

The NFC pays all fighters a commission on their ticket sales, so your ticket sale is directly benefitting the fighter that you select at checkout.
