Terrence “Atl Snake” Hawkins is a seasoned music executive and respected artist manager from East Atlanta, best known for his street-smart, no-nonsense approach to artist development and career strategy. With over two decades in the industry, ATLSnake has played a major role in shaping the careers of some of hip-hop’s most influential names, including Gucci Mane, Young Thug, and T.I., serving in key roles such as road manager and strategic advisor.
He began his music industry journey as Head of A&R at Tyson Records, a label founded by legendary boxer Mike Tyson in the late 1990s. He later joined the team at Czar Entertainment, a management powerhouse known for representing artists like The Game and Pleasure P.
ATLSnake is respected for his direct, experience-driven mentorship and real-world music business acumen, often emphasizing the importance of having a “CEO mentality” when managing artists. He bridges the gap between industry know-how and street smarts, making him a valuable figure for both up-and-coming managers and independent artists.
