Based out of Atlanta, Georgia, The Ides of June brings a refreshing new
approach to the Southern Rock Genre. Pulling influences from The Allman
Brothers Band to The Black Keys, their sound is created by a diverse
background of influences. Their junior album, Rising Tide, showcases the
band’s diversity in sound and compositional eclecticism. Ranging from
slide blues to heavier rock and even dipping into the country realm, Rising
Tide represents a journey through tough times and triumphs.
