Trefethen is a family owned and a sustainably farmed vineyard. For three generations, the Trefethen family have been pioneers of estate grown wines in the Napa Valley region.

With 5 wines on the menu for the evening, Chef Madison and Kitchen Manager, Christian Neff have come up a 5 equally great courses to compliment and showcase the wine from start to finish.

Guiding us for the evening will be Susan Cotter with Trefethen Wines. Susan will be walking us through and educating us on the wines as well as the history behind these fine wines!
